Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller / Service Provider Onboarding Executive to join our team at FixItGo Services India Pvt. Ltd. The role offers a fixed salary of ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month plus attractive performance incentives and involves managing service provider partnerships and customer bookings within the Home Services Industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Provider Onboarding: Manage outgoing calls to service professionals (Electricians, Plumbers, Technicians) to explain the platform and facilitate app registration.

• Documentation: Handle the collection and verification of essential documents including Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details.

• Customer Engagement: Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls to generate service bookings and provide app usage guidance.

• Problem Solving: Respond to inquiries and concerns from both partners and customers with a professional, problem-solving mindset.

• Data Management: Accurately log all interactions and maintain daily reports on onboarding status and lead generation.

• Performance: Meet key metrics including daily call volumes, successful registration rates, and booking targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass (Higher Secondary), and we welcome both Freshers and experienced candidates with a background in telecalling or coordination. The role involves resolving onboarding hurdles, providing accurate platform information, and escalating complex technical issues to the relevant department. Candidates must be open to a 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday) during the 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM day shift.
