Job Description – Listener (Remote | Incentive Based)

We are hiring empathetic and patient Listeners to provide non-clinical emotional support to users through chat, audio calls, and video calls. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy listening, supporting others emotionally, and working with flexible hours from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen to users and provide emotional support in a respectful, non-judgmental manner

• Communicate with users via:

  • Chat

  • Voice calls

  • Video calls

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Follow platform guidelines and communication standards

• Provide a safe, supportive, and positive experience for users

Important Note

• This role does NOT involve therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical advice

• Listeners are not required to solve problems, only to listen and support

Compensation (Incentive Based)

• 💬 Chat: ₹3 per minute

• 📞 Call: ₹5 per minute

• 🎥 Video Call: ₹10 per minute

Estimated monthly earning potential: ₹8,000 – ₹25,000
(Earnings depend on time spent and type of interactions)

Eligibility & Skills

• Age 18 years or above

• Good listening and communication skills

• Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence

• Basic English communication (Hindi or other languages are a plus)

• Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection

• One written document (300–500 words) explaining why you want to be a listener

• Author bio including background, languages spoken, and motivation
