Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller (Female) for our Air Conditioner Repair & Service Company. Candidate ka kaam hoga customers se calls handle karna, service booking karna aur

Responsibilities:

• Incoming & outgoing customer calls handle karna

• AC repair / service ke appointment book karna

• Customer ko service charges & details explain karna

• Daily call record maintain karna

Requirements:

• Basic Hindi & English communication aani chahiye

• Customer handling skills achhi honi chahiye

• Telecalling experience ho to preferred (freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)

• Computer / mobile use ka basic knowledge
