Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.

Maintain daily Zoom calls and meetings for team coordination and client interaction.
Build rapport with customers and resolve queries with empathy and accuracy.
Maintain accurate and detailed call records and follow-up logs.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and support.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in voice process/customer service/calling.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (UG Qualification is mandatory).
Languages:
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Fluency in local languages [e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada – customize as per region].
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication.
Basic computer literacy.
Confident in using Zoom and other video conferencing tools.
