Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and handle inbound inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of computer and calling systems
