Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce products/services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

• Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and update CRM records.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Handle objections and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Maintain call records, reports, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [12th Pass/Graduate]

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

• Good persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as applicable].
