Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales or customer service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services and generate interest

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide appropriate information

• Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database

• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team

• Resolve customer issues or escalate to the concerned department when necessary

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (freshers can apply)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as per requirement, e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada]

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
