Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to join the Franchise Sales & Business Development team at Emedix Wellness Pvt. Ltd. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with prospective franchise partners over the phone, understand their requirements, explain the Emedix franchise business model, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert enquiries into franchise opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable making a high volume of calls, and be capable of maintaining professional relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective franchise partners and communicate the Emedix franchise opportunity.

• Handle incoming enquiries and respond to prospects promptly and professionally.

• Explain the Emedix franchise model, investment requirements, benefits, services, process, and business opportunities clearly.

• Conduct regular and systematic follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand the requirements, location preferences, investment capacity, and business expectations of prospective franchisees.

• Effectively handle prospect questions, objections, and concerns and provide appropriate information.

• Persuade and motivate qualified prospects to move forward with the franchise process.

• Maintain a proper follow-up schedule and ensure that no potential prospect is missed.

• Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams for further processing of interested prospects.

• Schedule meetings or appointments with serious and qualified prospects whenever required.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, prospect status, and conversions in the company's CRM system.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and franchise conversion targets.

• Maintain professional and positive communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.

• Stay updated with Emedix franchise policies, business plans, pharmacy operations, and services to confidently communicate with prospects.

• Represent Emedix professionally and act as a brand ambassador during every interaction.

• Continuously improve telecalling, sales, communication, and negotiation skills through learning and training.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree required; Post-graduation will be preferred.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, business development, inside sales, or franchise sales.

• Candidates with experience in franchise sales or B2B telecalling will be preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good command of English and Hindi.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers and business prospects over the phone.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle multiple prospects and follow-ups systematically.

• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and basic computer applications.

• Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools will be an advantage.

• Well-groomed, professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
