💼 Position: Female Client Support Executive

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound client queries (voice & WhatsApp)

• Provide detailed information about astrology services, readings, products, and sessions

• Understand client concerns and give basic spiritual/astrological insights when needed

• Coordinate and book sessions with tarot readers, astrologers, and healers

• Follow up with leads from social media platforms and paid ads

• Maintain proper documentation of bookings and updates in Excel/CRM

• Assist in smooth communication between clients and internal team members

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidate only

• Good spoken and written English and Hindi

• Confident on phone and polite in communication

• Basic understanding of astrology, spirituality, or willingness to learn

• Ability to handle multiple chats/calls and stay organized

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/sales preferred(freshers can apply)

• Should own a laptop/desktop with stable internet connection

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
