About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services to customers, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-ups.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service.

• Follow communication scripts and processes where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional languages.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Persuasive and confident speaking skills.
