We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
· Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
· Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or solutions.
· Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularly.
· Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
· Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
· Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
· Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
