Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain products/services clearly in Tamil.

Maintain call records and feedback.

Follow-up with interested customers.

Meet daily/weekly call targets.


Requirements:

Must be fluent in Tamil (Speaking, Understanding).

Basic communication skills in English or Hindi is a plus.

Good listening skills and patience.

Own a smartphone and good internet connection (if remote).

Freshers are welcome.
