Dynamic Explorers is looking for a result-oriented and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our domestic calling team. As the voice of our company, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and driving growth through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads from the provided database.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.

Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the company’s services/products and address any queries or concerns.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with interested prospects to move them through the sales process.

Data Management: Accurately update and maintain the CRM/calling logs with call details and customer feedback.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
