About Duraflo:

Duraflo is a hotel mattress manufacturing company specializing in quality mattresses designed for hotels, resorts, guest houses and other hospitality businesses.

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller / B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team and help us connect with hotels across Delhi NCR and nearby markets.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to hotels, resorts, guest houses and hospitality businesses.

• Speak with hotel owners, hotel managers, purchase managers and decision-makers.

• Introduce Duraflo hotel mattresses and explain our products and benefits.

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling.

• Identify hotels that have upcoming mattress requirements or replacement needs.

• Fix meetings/appointments with hotel owners, managers or purchase departments.

• Share qualified leads and appointment details with the sales team.

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and meetings.

• Follow up regularly with potential customers.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and appointment targets.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Female candidates with good communication skills.

• 1–3 years of telecalling, telesales or B2B sales experience preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Hindi is required; basic English communication is preferred.

• Confident and professional while speaking with business owners/managers.

• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/CRM is an advantage.

• Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to learn.

• Experience in hotel, furniture, mattress or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
