Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team at Dressing Hub. The candidate will be responsible for handling the IndiaMART panel, attending inbound customer calls, and assisting with lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily inbound calls and respond to customer queries.

Manage and update IndiaMART panel leads.

Share product information and pricing with potential customers.

Coordinate with the sales/production team for order requirements.

Maintain proper call and lead records.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling / customer support / IndiaMART handling will be an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
