Telesales Executive – Dream Planner

Job Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Telesales Executives to connect with customers, generate leads, and schedule site visits for residential real estate projects.

Responsibilities

- Call potential customers from company-provided data.

- Explain project details and answer customer queries.

- Generate qualified leads and book site visits.

- Follow up with interested customers regularly.

- Update customer details in CRM/Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.

- Experience in telesales, customer support, or real estate is preferred.
