Job Summary
The Assistant – Operations Department (Telecalling Process) is responsible for supporting day-to-day telecalling operations, maintaining customer records, coordinating documentation, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients, and assisting the operations team in achieving departmental objectives. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers as per assigned campaigns and business requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding company services, processes, and documentation requirements.
Maintain and update customer data, call records, and follow-up schedules in the company's system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and documentation.
Verify customer information and required documents before submission for further processing.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, applications, and service requests.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
Support the Operations Manager in administrative and operational activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or operations support may apply.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good knowledge of documentation and customer handling processes.
