We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or leads.
Inform customers about products, services, or promotions.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
