Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller Intern to join our Bhopal office. This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building connections, and developing communication skills. You’ll play a key role in connecting potential clients with our marketing and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain Digital Lok’s services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain call records.

• Understand client requirements and forward qualified leads to the sales team.

• Maintain CRM data and assist in daily reporting.

• Support the business development process with communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Confident and persuasive while speaking with clients.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing preferred.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a personal smartphone and laptop.

• Available to work from our Bhopal office.

Eligibility

• Graduate, Undergraduate, or pursuing degree (any stream).

• Freshers interested in sales or client communication are encouraged to apply.
