We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting conversions through excellent communication skills.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Convert leads by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients for visits or consultations.
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain call logs and share reports with the team leader/manager.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and positive attitude on calls.
Ability to handle pressure and meet target-oriented goals.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Good listening and convincing skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Experience in the wellness/clinic/beauty industry (preferred but not mandatory).
