Full Time
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce health and life insurance products.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Answer customer inquiries and address concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a TeleCaller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the health and life insurance sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
