  • Service Reminders: Actively calling customers to remind them of upcoming periodic maintenance services (PMS), free services, or missed/lost services.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Booking service slots for customers in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and coordinating vehicle pick-up and drop arrangements.

  • Customer Feedback: Conducting post-service follow-up calls to gather feedback on satisfaction parameters (such as the Customer Delight Index) and documenting complaints.
