Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams when required
Update CRM systems with accurate call details
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Good listening skills and customer-focused approach
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
