Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote logistics, courier, and transportation services.

• Handle inbound inquiries related to shipment status, pricing, delivery schedules, and service availability.

• Generate leads, explain service offerings, and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for pickup/delivery updates.

• Record customer information, shipment details, queries, and feedback in the CRM/system.

• Follow up with clients regarding shipments, billing, and service satisfaction.

• Maintain professional communication and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
