Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes to customers.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude while dealing with customers.

• Record and update customer details, feedback, and queries in the system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for quick resolution.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to satisfaction.

• Meet daily/weekly call handling targets and service levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries efficiently.

• Prior experience in telecalling/customer service will be an added advantage.

• Freshers can also apply.
