ग्राहकांशी सभ्य, नम्र आणि आत्मविश्वासाने संवाद साधणे

ग्राहकांच्या गरजा समजून घेऊन योग्य माहिती देणे

दररोज केलेल्या कॉलचे योग्य रेकॉर्ड ठेवणे

फॉलो-अप कॉल्स करून ग्राहकांना सर्व्हिससाठी कन्व्हर्ट करणे

टीमसोबत नियमित अपडेट शेअर करणे

दिलेल्या टार्गेटनुसार काम पूर्ण करणे
