Confluence Educational Services Pvt Ltd, a leading study abroad consultancy, is seeking enthusiastic Tele-callers to join our team. As a Tele-caller, you will be the first point of contact for potential students and clients, guiding them through our services and generating leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain our study abroad services
Follow up on leads generated through various sources
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM
Schedule counseling sessions and assist with follow-up communications
Update and manage data using MS Excel
Maintain a professional and positive approach in all interactions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of CRM software and its usage
Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, organizing leads)
Customer-focused and goal-oriented attitude
Minimum education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or educational services is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
