Department: Rider Onboarding / Recruitment
Reporting to: Telecalling Lead / City Operations Manager
We're looking for a Marathi-speaking Telecaller who can connect with delivery riders, explain job opportunities clearly, and help them complete the onboarding process. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our future riders—so clarity, patience, and hustle matter.
Call prospective riders and explain job details, payouts, and expectations
Answer queries about working hours, store locations, joining process, and incentives
Share documents and links (Google Forms/WhatsApp) required for onboarding
Follow up with riders who showed interest but haven’t completed the process
Coordinate with the rider ops or onboarding team for any rider-related escalations
Maintain daily call logs and update the status of each lead accurately
Help fill urgent rider requirements by calling in high volumes during peak need
Must be fluent in Marathi (speaking + understanding)
Basic Hindi or English is a plus
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or field recruitment is preferred
Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp
Must have a smartphone or computer and stable internet connection if working remotely
Should be persuasive, clear, and energetic on calls
Experience with rider onboarding in logistics or staffing companies
Exposure to quick-commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
