Following up with interested candidates and scheduling counseling sessions.
Updating lead details and call status in the system or Excel sheet.
Coordinating with the counseling and admissions team for conversions.
Maintaining professional communication and a positive approach with students.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Confidence and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Interest in sales, counseling, or education sector.
Ability to work under guidance and meet daily call targets.
