Telecaller / Lead Caller
About the Role
We are a fast-growing Software & Digital Solutions Company based in Chennai, offering web development, app development, AI solutions and automations, SEO, Meta & Google Ads, CRM, SAAS products, invoicing software, and custom tech products for every industry — retail, clinics, pharmacies, salons, ecommerce, education, construction, and more.
As our Telecaller, you will be the first voice of our company — reaching business owners, explaining our solutions, qualifying leads, and booking demos for our team.
What You Will Do
• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to business owners across industries
• Explain our software and digital services clearly in Tamil and English
• Identify their current digital pain points and qualify them as leads
• Book demo appointments for our solutions/founder team
• Update all leads and call notes in our CRM every day
• Follow up with warm leads every 3 days until closed or dropped
• Send WhatsApp messages with case studies and service info after calls
What We Are Looking For
• Clear, confident spoken Tamil and English
• Minimum 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or BPO
• Handles objections without losing energy or confidence
• Basic awareness of tech/digital services is a plus
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or any CRM
• Target-driven and self-motivated
