We are looking for a motivated HR–Tele caller to join our IT Training & Placement Division. The ideal candidate will handle candidate calls, explain training and placement programs, schedule interviews, and coordinate between students and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to candidates regarding IT training and placement programs.
Explain course details, job opportunities, and placement process clearly to candidates.
Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with HR teams, and ensure smooth placement processes.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Support HR and placement teams in achieving monthly targets.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
Pleasant and confident phone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
Ability to explain IT career paths and placement details to candidates.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA preferred).
Prior experience in HR, tele calling, counseling, or placement coordination is an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
