Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries, provide product information, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and services.

• Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calling.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, pending orders, and payments.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order processing.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned customer service and telecalling targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English speaking and writing skills.

• Good listening, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-centric approach with professional telephone etiquette.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Freshers Can Apply.

• Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or B2B Sales will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
