Job Title: Telecaller – CPCL Super 30 (CSR Program)

Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting eligible students and parents, providing information about the CPCL Super 30 residential coaching program, and supporting the student selection and admission process. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to clearly explain program benefits and eligibility criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding CPCL Super 30 program
Explain program details: free coaching, food, accommodation, and selection process
Inform candidates about eligibility criteria (income limit, academic performance, entrance test, interview)
Follow up with interested applicants and guide them through application procedures
Maintain and update student database and call records
Coordinate with the project officer and administrative team
Assist in organizing entrance test communication and interview scheduling
Handle inbound queries from parents and students professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree
Good communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, email handling)
Experience in telecalling / customer support preferred
Ability to speak politely and confidently with parents and students
