Job Description We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales for Celvix's software products and services. You will own the top of the funnel, from finding leads to closing deals, and work directly with the founders.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach
Pitch Celvix's offerings to small and mid-sized businesses
Schedule and run product demos with prospects
Maintain pipeline and follow-ups in CRM
Negotiate, close deals and hand off to the delivery team
Hit monthly revenue and lead targets
Share market feedback to shape product and pricing
What we are looking for
Strong communication in Hindi and English
Comfortable on the phone, no fear of cold calls
Self-driven, organized, good at follow-ups
Curious about tech and software, even if not from a tech background
Bonus: prior experience selling SaaS, IT services or agency services
