Position: Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, engaging with customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries
Provide detailed information about products or services
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Follow up with customers to ensure conversion
Maintain records of calls, interactions, and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or regional language)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
