Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12000 - ₹14000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.

• Inform customers about latest jewellery collections, offers, discounts, and events at the showroom.

• Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the excel sheet.

• Follow up with customers regarding festive offers, new launches, and promotions.

• Handle basic customer queries regarding jewellery products, pricing, and schemes.

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and walk-ins.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase repeat visits.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
