Education:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
Experience:
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
Experience in outbound/inbound calling is an added advantage
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English/Marathi preferred)
Ability to speak clearly and confidently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software, CRM – if any)
Good listening and convincing skills
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/leads
Explain company services/products clearly
Handle customer queries and follow-ups
Maintain call records and daily reports
Achieve calling and conversion targets
