Telecaller

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to student inquiries about competitive exams and courses.

• Make outbound calls to potential students to promote our courses.

• Explain details about exams like RAS, Patwar, VDO, and other RPSC/RSSMB exams.

• Guide students with accurate syllabus details, exam patterns, and preparation strategies.

• Maintain call logs and follow up with interested candidates.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream)

• Awareness and knowledge of Rajasthan government competitive exams (RAS, Patwar, VDO, etc.).

• Familiarity with RPSC and RSMSSB syllabus & exam structure.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Prior telecalling or sales experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
