Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in digital marketing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain digital marketing services.

· Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

· Maintain and update the database of customer information.

· Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

· Provide accurate information about our services and pricing.

· Handle basic client queries and direct complex issues to senior staff.

· Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

· 0–1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers are welcome).

· Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.

· Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
