Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and issue resolution.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
