Telecalling Executive – Finance

We are hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for a Telecalling Executive role.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Call customers and explain our loan products.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Handle inquiries related to Business Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Auto Loan and Car Loan.

Collect customer details and required documents.

Follow up with customers until the loan process is completed.

Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

Requirements:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills.

Hindi speaking is mandatory (English is an added advantage).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
