• Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote IT products or services. 

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through phone conversations. 

• Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to IT products or services. 

• Sales Support: Generating sales leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating information in the CRM system. 

• Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on the company's IT products and services. 

• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. 

• Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
