Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our loan recovery team. You'll contact customers with outstanding loan amounts, negotiate repayment plans, and recover debts while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound calls to customers with overdue loan accounts.

2. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

2. Basic knowledge of loan products and banking procedures.

3. Prior experience in loan recovery/telecalling preferred.
