We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Domestic Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in [language(s) such as Hindi, English, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, etc.] and have a passion for helping people.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when required.
Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet personal/team targets for customer service metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.
10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in [languages – e.g., Hindi and English].
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
