Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team at Aurewa World Private Limited. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, interacting directly with potential clients and customers.

Outbound/Inbound Calling: Connect with prospects from a provided database to pitch our services/products.
Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, answer questions, and qualify interested leads.

Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-up calls with potential clients to close deals.
Data Management: Keep an accurate, updated log of all calls, customer feedback, and statuses in our CRM/Excel system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead-generation targets.
