Telecaller – Atlas Adhesives

Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.
Meet key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, email, and data entry.
Ability to accurately maintain customer records and update call details.
Ability to provide the right information and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
