Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele caller for our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for property sales and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data/leads.

• Explain real estate project details, property options, pricing, and offers.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients for confirmation.

• Maintain and update client database on a daily basis.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with sales executives for client meetings or site visits.

• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service during every interaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and team player.

• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

• Time management and multitasking skills.
