We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing excellent support. This is an entry-level position, ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Make outbound calls to customers and respond to incoming queries.
Understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions.
Record details of conversations and update customer records in the system.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Excellent communication skills in [insert required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a customer support or telecalling role.
