• Explain product details and assist customers.

• Maintain daily calling records and order updates.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female

• Preferred Age Group: 25–45 years

• Housewives looking for a work-from-home opportunity are encouraged to apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• No specific degree required; basic Hindi communication skills are essential.

• Must have a smartphone and a stable internet connection.

• Must be comfortable with customer calling and sales targets.

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Target-Based)

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Extra Incentives: Additional incentives on eligible successfully delivered orders above the monthly target.
  

Target Policy

• Daily Target: 6 successfully delivered orders per working day.

• Monthly Target: Total working days × 6 successfully delivered orders.

• Cancelled, RTO, refused, returned and undelivered orders will not count towards the target.

• Salary eligibility and any applicable target-shortfall policy will be explained clearly before joining.
  

Important Information

This is a work-from-home sales and telecalling role that requires regular availability during working hours, customer follow-ups and commitment to daily and monthly targets.
