Position: Female Telecaller – Delivery Coordination

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Female Telecaller to manage customer communication and assist in coordinating deliveries. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving delivery-related queries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, delivery staff, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to delivery confirmations, queries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Provide clear communication to customers regarding delivery status, time slots, and delays.
Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the system.
Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate them when necessary.
Follow up on pending or failed delivery attempts.
Uphold a polite and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
Gender: Female candidates only
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada
Skills: Good communication and basic computer knowledge
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
Personal Attributes: Punctual, organized, responsible, and customer-oriented
